a. Basic processing
The user/customer has the option to choose between two methods to complete an online order and provide their personal data:

The processing of this data will be exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the sales contract.
  2. The purpose of the basic processing of data is to execute the contract and complete the specific order, communicate with the user/customer, send informational messages regarding the stages of order processing, provide clarifications related to the order, and deliver the order to the location chosen by the user/customer. The visitor/registered user is informed that providing the above mandatory personal data, as well as transaction details, is necessary and a prerequisite for the proper execution of the order contract and delivery of products and services. For this reason, the consent of the user/customer is not required for this specific processing.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The user’s/customer’s data will be retained and processed by the COMPANY until the completion of the specific order.
The data of a registered user/customer will be retained and processed until the user/customer requests the deletion of their account or, for data processing based on their consent, until they withdraw that consent for the purposes of the COMPANY’s services. However, certain necessary personal data related to their transactional relationships with the COMPANY, as well as information regarding their consent and withdrawal of consent for data processing, will be retained to ensure proof of the legality of the COMPANY’s data processing and to protect the legal rights of the parties involved.
