Additionally, we make every effort to ensure that each item is delivered to the customer in perfect condition. In the event of any defect, the customer is requested to contact us within five (5) business days so that either a replacement can be arranged or a refund issued. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t– The item to be replaced must be returned along with all accompanying documents (e.g., Delivery Note, Retail Receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
